Gravity Shuttles provides uplift services for Mountain Bikers primarily at Ironbark Trails, Samford, Wooroi Trails, Tewantin as well as Private Ride Days at NV Gravity Park, Numinbah Valley, Gold Coast.

2021 sees us expanding from one shuttle vehicle to two. With growing demand, we will require a 2nd driver to assist with provision of shuttle services. Initially the location where we will need you to drive our van will be at Ironbark Samford. As such, someone relatively local to the Samford / Ferny Grove / Gap Creek or North Side Brisbane area would be ideal.

Our Mission is to facilitate ride share MTB shuttles is a friendly and efficient manner with minimal wait time for our customers.

Our Vision is to accelerate our customer’s journey of stoke, putting smiles on dials.

Part Time / Casual Shuttle Driver

REQUIREMENTS
Car Licence
Reasonable Knowledge of Mountain Biking
Calm and Friendly Demeanour
Physically able to load and unload mountain bikes from a vertical rack
Local Trail Knowledge
Some basic mechanical knowledge an advantage
First aid certificate an advantage
Blue Card an advantage
Comfortable Driving an 8 Seater Van

Part of the service we offer includes loading and unloading clients bikes from our Shingleback 6 Bike Vertical Rack. As the driver, you must be able and willing to load and unload clients bikes. In addition we often have riders who are visiting that trail location for the first time, so a reasonable knowledge and understanding of the trails and how to access etc is important

Primarily Saturdays and Sundays

Summer Sessions are mostly
6am – 9am
9am – 12pm
3pm – 6pm

Winter Sessions are mostly
6am – 9am
9am – 12pm
12pm – 3pm
3pm – 6pm

Sessions vary according to demand.

Minimum shift would be 3 hours plus pick up and drop off vehicle back to base.

Average shift would be 6 hours.

Occasional shift would be 6 hours with a break for lunch followed by another 2-3 hours to round out the day
